We're looking for a hands-on analytical professional to help us manage and improve our global payment processing. This role, you'll work closely with our Payment Service Providers (PSPs), lead the sourcing, implementation, and optimization of payment solutions, and dive into performance data to find new ways to boost efficiency and reduce costs. You'll also act as a key link between our internal teams and external partners, making sure our payment systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements & Strategy Alignment
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align payment solutions with broader business goals.
- Evaluate new provider options based on functionality, cost, compliance, and scalability.
- Conduct competitor and gap analysis between current payment capabilities and evolving business objectives.
Payment Service Provider (PSP) Management
- Manage, grow, and optimize an expanding portfolio of PSPs to ensure effective payment processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current PSP partners to foster collaboration and support.
- Keep the team and wider business informed about updates and changes related to payment limits and new PSP solutions.
- Expand PSP footprint to improve geographical reach and market fit.
Payment Solution Implementation & Integration
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for Payment Service Providers (PSPs) from initial engagement through to integration readiness. Responsibilities include gathering and reviewing required documentation (NDA, KYB pack) and securing internal approvals from Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Legal teams to ensure a smooth and compliant integration process.
- Coordinate with internal teams and providers to support technical setup and troubleshooting.
- Implement payment routing strategies and risk mitigation frameworks.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Use BI tools to monitor key performance indicators (e.g., approval ratios, error rates, downtime).
- Analyze trends and generate performance reports to inform strategy.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on data insights.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses across the PSP portfolio to ensure financial efficiency.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in payment management or payment optimization roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using BI tools for performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building strong partnerships.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
Desirable:
- Working experience within a Brokerage environment or Payment Industry.
