JOB PURPOSE
The position plays an important role in managing and following up on the department’s projects and the organization associated with the department’s work in terms of carrying out all operational tasks related to studies of the organizational structure and institutional documents, following up on the implementation of the associated operational plans, and analyzing and evaluating the relevant processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DECISION-MAKING
1. Developing the work system in organizational structures based on feedback, including the preparation of policies and systems used (RTA Automation System) and processes related to the activity.
2. Providing requirements for automating organizational structure activities related to preparing studies and issuing administrative decisions.
3. Updating institutional documents (policies, processes, and procedures) related to amendments to the organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities.
4. Conducting a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the organizational structure and internal processes and reporting thereon.
5. Providing recommendations related to the organizational structure to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Coordinating with organizational units regarding their proposed amendments to organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities.
7. Preparing periodic reports on developments in organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and performance results.
8. Designing and implementing awareness programs on the principles of organizational structure design.
9. Providing training courses on the concepts of using the technical system specialized in organizational structure studies for stakeholders at the Authority level.
10. Preparing periodic reports on the performance rate of operational plans in the department.
11. Following up on incoming and outgoing correspondence and assignments from the Director General and Chairman of the Board. Managers associated with the department's work
12. Monitor and develop performance indicators related to the department
13. Follow up on the closure of all internal audit/quality audit observations and development opportunities related to the department's work
14. Provide all information requested by the Authority's organizational units
15. Perform other related duties as assigned
