Current Job Opening: Specialist Operative Order Processing (m/f/d)

1. Creating and following up on quotations for service calls, repairs, and spare parts.
2. Entering orders in SAP and creating documents such as delivery bills and invoices.
3. Communicating with customers via telephone and email.
4. Handling customs clearance of goods.
5. Working closely with internal interfaces such as Order Management and Logistics.
6. Having completed a commercial apprenticeship or possessing comparable skills and practical knowledge.
7. Gaining initial professional experience in a customer-oriented, industrial environment.
8. Being service-oriented, team-spirited, and demonstrating a structured, analytical work style with good communication skills.
9. Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
