Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is hiring a seasoned HSE professional to prepare and implement risk management strategies, ensure safety compliance, and enhance operating integrity across projects.

You will monitor safety performance, conduct Job Safety Analyses, oversee hazard identification, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive risk reduction and safe work practices in a demanding oil and gas environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgical preferred) or related field.
• 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas, focused on HSE and operating integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement HSE Risk Management strategies to ensure operational safety and compliance.
• Develop and execute Process Safety Management protocols to mitigate risks and enhance safety.
• Monitor Contractor HSE Performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct Fatigue Risk Management assessments and implement necessary measures.
• Participate in Crisis Management and Emergency Response Planning activities.
• Oversee Permit to Work processes to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions.
• Perform Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis to proactively address safety concerns.
• Implement Safe Work Practices (WMS) to maintain a secure working environment.
• Advise on technical safety matters and provide expertise in operating integrity.
• Analyse safety data and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve safety and operational objectives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgical preferred) or related field
