This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Specialist Offshore Structural Engineer with a proven track record in designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of offshore structures such as oil rigs and wind farms. The role involves ensuring structures withstand harsh marine conditions and comply with safety standards for a high-profile client.

Across EMEA, our teams support our growing client base with solutions in maintenance, operations, asset management, modifications, and engineering across the energy and materials markets. Our focus is on growth and building partnerships in the UK, Norway, and the Middle East and Africa regions.
Key Accountabilities include working with a team of engineers on civil and structural calculations, providing guidance, preparing specifications, coordinating across functions, reviewing geotechnical reports, participating in project meetings, evaluating bids, site visits, and supporting pre-bid engineering efforts.
We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent, 15+ years of relevant offshore/onshore Oil & Gas experience (including 5+ in the GCC), preferably with a Master's in Structural Engineering, offshore experience, and proficiency with structural software (SACS, STAAD Pro, ANSYS, FEMAP, TEKLA, NAVIS). Familiarity with international codes (API, AISC, ISO, EN1993, BS, ABS, DNVGL) and ADNOC standards is required. Excellent English communication skills and Middle East experience are advantageous.
