We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Specialist Neonatologist (Arabic) to join our team and contribute to the well-being of newborn babies in Abu Dhabi. Monitor and manage the health status of premature and/or sick infants, and oversee their growth and development. Attend high-risk deliveries and provide assistance and support to the delivery team. Perform specialized procedures related to neonatal care, such as intubation, surfactant therapy, and neonatal resuscitation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and efficient patient care. Educate parents on the care and treatment of their newborns, and provide them with support and guidance. Conduct research and develop protocols for neonatal care to improve patient outcomes. Participate in medical conferences and seminars to stay updated on the latest advancements in neonatal medicine. Ensure compliance with medical standards and guidelines, and maintain accurate medical records.Requirements Medical degree from an accredited university. Valid medical license to practice in the UAE. Western education and/or training in a recognized healthcare system (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, or equivalent) is mandatory. Board certification in neonatology. Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a neonatologist. Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for providing high-quality care to newborns and their families. Familiarity with relevant medical technology and equipment.
