Specialist Neonatologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatologist to join our esteemed medical team. In this pivotal role, the Neonatologist will provide expert care to critically ill newborns, addressing a variety of medical conditions and ensuring the highest quality of life for our youngest patients. You will work in our state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and comprehensive neonatal care.

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Conducting thorough assessments of newborn patients and diagnosing medical conditions
• Providing advanced medical care, including the management of ventilators and therapeutic interventions
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines
• Communicating effectively with parents and families regarding treatment options and prognoses
• Participating in continuing education and research initiatives to improve neonatal care
• Maintaining meticulous medical records and documentation

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of a residency in Pediatrics and a fellowship in Neonatology
• Board certification in Neonatology is required
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a NICU setting preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of neonatal medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and family support
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
