Specialist HSE Engineer

Minimum Qualifications:

1. B.S. or equivalent degree in environmental or loss prevention engineering from an accredited university.

Professional Experience and Knowledge:

1. Fully familiar with international standards, guidelines, and local requirements for major oil and gas processing facilities during design, engineering, and construction phases.
2. Experience involved in safety and HAZOP reviews during Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) phases of similar projects.
3. Comprehensive understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards and practices adopted in large-scale projects, including their implementation during construction and commissioning.
4. Experience in organizing safety training and programs for consultants and owner personnel involved in project and plant operations.
