Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
• Manage end-to-end financial reporting processes using SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports
• Perform variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support budget preparation and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives
• Maintain documentation of financial reporting procedures and policies

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP (FI/CO modules preferred)
• Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles, IFRS standards, and financial reporting requirements
• Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting roles
• Software: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with reporting tools is a plus
