You will perform hair transplants, aesthetic injections, and oversee safety, quality of care, and patient experience for a diverse clientele. DHA license and Dubai/UAE clinic experience are essential for this leadership role.

Qualifications

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Specialist Dermatologist - Aesthetic / Hair Transplant & Medical Director to join our client's clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical dermatology expertise with hands‑on experience in aesthetic procedures and hair transplantation, while providing clinical leadership as the clinic's Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct dermatology and aesthetic consultations, assessments, and personalized treatment planning


• Perform and oversee hair transplant procedures, including patient assessment, treatment planning, procedures, and post‑treatment follow‑up


• Perform aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP, and other non‑surgical aesthetic procedures within approved DHA privileges


• Diagnose and manage dermatological conditions while maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical care


• Serve as Medical Director, overseeing clinical standards, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and quality of care


• Manage treatment outcomes, complications, informed consent, clinical documentation, and patient follow‑ups


• Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver a premium patient experience and support the continued growth of the practice

Requirements

• European, Western, or Brazilian candidates preferred


• Qualified Specialist Dermatologist with a valid DHA license


• Proven hands‑on hair transplant experience is required


• Strong experience in aesthetic medicine and injectable/non‑surgical aesthetic treatments


• Previous Dubai/UAE aesthetic clinic experience is required


• Ability to undertake the responsibilities of Medical Director in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements


• Excellent communication, consultation, leadership, and patient‑management skills


• Professional presentation and ability to work with a premium and diverse clientele
