We Staffed HR is seeking an experienced Specialist Dermatologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. You will conduct comprehensive dermatology consultations, diagnose skin conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.

The role covers medical and cosmetic dermatology services, with emphasis on evidence-based practice and excellent patient care. The ideal candidate holds a MBBS/MD or equivalent, has valid licensure, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree and valid license.
• Good standing certificate where required for licensing.
• Evidence-based dermatology knowledge and clinical decision-making.
• Experience in medical dermatology; cosmetic dermatology is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Specialist Dermatologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dermatological consultations, clinical examinations, and patient assessments.
• Diagnose and manage common and complex skin, hair, and nail disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient's condition, medical history, and clinical needs.
• Manage conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, fungal infections, pigmentation disorders, alopecia, urticaria, and other dermatological conditions.
• Perform minor dermatological procedures within the physician's scope of practice and qualifications.
• Perform and interpret appropriate dermatological investigations and diagnostic procedures.
• Provide medical and procedural dermatology services in accordance with approved clinical guidelines.
• Assess patients for suitability for dermatological and cosmetic procedures where applicable.
• Provide appropriate pre-procedure and post-procedure care and follow-up.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and modify treatment plans when clinically indicated.
• Prescribe medications and topical treatments appropriately and monitor patient response.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical registration/license from the relevant authority, where applicable.
• Primary Source Verification/DataFlow completion is an advantage.
• Valid Good Standing Certificate, where required for licensing.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based dermatological diagnosis and treatment.
• Experience in medical dermatology and dermatological procedures is preferred.
• Experience in cosmetic dermatology is an advantage, depending on the scope of the position.
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
