Job summary

Talentspoc in Dubai is seeking an experienced Consultant Dermatologist to deliver comprehensive diagnosis and management of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. You will lead consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with plastic surgeons and oncologists to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a postgraduate dermatology qualification, extensive post‑specialization experience at consultant level, and outstanding diagnostic and patient‑management

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate Dermatology qualification (MD, DNB, MRCP, Arab Board or equivalent).
• Significant post‑specialization experience at Consultant level.
• Strong expertise in clinical and procedural dermatology.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and patient‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

• Conduct comprehensive dermatological consultations, examinations, and assessments.
• Diagnose and manage medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic results.
• Provide laser, aesthetic, and cosmetic dermatology treatments where applicable.
• Collaborate with plastic surgeons, oncologists, and pathologists as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with UAE healthcare regulations.

Job description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced Consultant Dermatologist to provide comprehensive diagnosis and management of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatological conditions. The ideal candidate should have advanced clinical expertise, strong patient-management skills, and experience in modern dermatology and aesthetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dermatological consultations, examinations, and assessments.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic results.
• Manage conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, pigmentation disorders, hair and scalp disorders, infections, and skin cancers.
• Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, electrocautery, minor surgical procedures, and other treatments within the scope of expertise.
• Provide appropriate laser, aesthetic, and cosmetic dermatology treatments where applicable.
• Evaluate and manage hair loss and other disorders of the hair and nails.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and provide appropriate follow-up care.
• Review and interpret laboratory, histopathology, dermoscopy, and other diagnostic findings.
• Counsel patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and preventive skincare.
• Collaborate with plastic surgeons, oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists when required.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and patient‑safety standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, teaching, and continuing medical education.
