Job summary

We Staffed HR in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled physician to provide comprehensive ICU care for critically ill patients in a busy hospital setting. You will assess, diagnose, and manage life-threatening conditions, lead in mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic monitoring, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Medicine / Intensive Care Medicine or related specialty.
• Relevant clinical experience in critical care/ICU.
• Strong clinical and communication skills with good professional standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with complex and life-threatening conditions.
• Monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced critical care support.
• Perform and assist with critical care procedures per privileges and competency.
• Monitor progress and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, surgeons, nurses, and therapists.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in resuscitation and stabilization.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately.
• Follow hospital policies, infection-control standards, and evidence-based guidelines.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality-improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with complex and life-threatening medical conditions.
• Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced critical care support.
• Perform and assist with critical care procedures as per clinical privileges and competency.
• Monitor patients' clinical progress and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, surgeons, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and participate in resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill patients.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and clinical outcomes.
• Follow hospital policies, infection-control standards, patient-safety protocols, and evidence-based clinical guidelines.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality-improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

Requirements:
