Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in oil & gas, 5–8 years on mega offshore endeavors (> $1B), and a bachelor's degree in engineering, with ADNOC project experience as a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates during planning, tendering and execution phases.
• Prepare budget forecasts, CBS, and estimates at completion.
• Support decision-making with cost comparisons and financial recommendations.
• Monitor cost variances and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain/update cost databases and estimation standards.
• Participate in value engineering and cost-optimization initiatives.

Develop detailed cost estimates during planning, tendering, and execution phases Analyze project requirements, scope, and risks to determine cost impacts. Prepare budget forecasts, cost breakdown structures (CBS), and estimates at completion. Support decision-making through cost comparisons and financial recommendations. Monitor cost variances and provide corrective action recommendations Maintain and update cost databases and estimation standards. Participate in value engineering and cost-optimization initiative

Candidate must have experience in Mega Offshore Projects.

Minimum Requirement

• Must have Overall 20+ years of experience in oil and Gas industry.
• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in Offshore Projects having FEED/ Engineering experience worked on mega value (>1 billion) projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering is a MUST.
• Previous experience with ADNOC projects is an added advantage.
