Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and diagnostic assessments of patients with spinal conditions
• Formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, incorporating both surgical and nonsurgical options
• Execute a range of surgical procedures, focusing on techniques that promote minimal invasiveness and quicker recovery
• Provide ongoing care and support for patients before, during, and after surgical interventions
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatment pathways, and preventive measures for spinal health
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in spine surgery

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of residency training in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery
• Board certification or eligibility in Spine Surgery is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical practice specifically focusing on spinal surgery
• Expertise in performing a broad spectrum of spinal surgeries, particularly minimally invasive techniques
