As a Specialist / Consultant Psychiatrist at SearchPlus HR, you will provide comprehensive mental health care to patients, helping them manage and overcome various psychiatric disorders. Your expertise will be crucial in creating tailored treatment plans that improve patients' mental well-being and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients' mental health conditions
  • Diagnose a range of psychiatric disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including psychotherapy, medication management, and other therapeutic interventions
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when needed
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies

Requirements
