Main Objective of Role
To support the overall objective of the Compliance Monitoring Program through periodic audits, inspections, and review of relevant operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts routine independent audits (in the relevant operational areas) to proactively detect non-conformities and identify areas for improvement.
- Reviews and presents findings and concerns with the appropriate personnel or representatives of product and/or service providers.
- Investigates non-conformities thoroughly and ensures implementation of appropriate corrective, preventative, and verification actions.
- Verifies that adequate corrective and/or preventative actions are implemented, planned, or accomplished to address highlighted concerns or findings in the relevant operational function.
- Assists in facilitating regulatory and/or company projects, including foreign operator approval.
- Conducts verification checks on operational manuals.
- Assists in monitoring operation approvals and collating applications submitted to the authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Fluent in English
- At least 1 year of auditing experience in an aviation operational environment
- 6 - 8 years of experience
- ISO 9000 QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor certificate
- ATPL - current or expired (preferred)

ISR Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
