Specialist Client Technical / Client and VAS Assistant in UAE

Responsibilities include:

  1. Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and manage month-end close activities such as journal entries, accruals, and depreciation.
  2. Client Technical Support: Provide technical support for client integration APIs, troubleshoot payment platform issues, manage onboarding processes, and ensure SLA compliance.
  3. Client & VAS Support: Support Value Added Services (e.g., tokenization, loyalty programs), manage documentation, and liaise with clients and internal teams.
