• Assist in managing talent management processes including succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential programs.

Experience

• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
