Job Description

As a Brand & Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a key supporting role in developing and delivering strategic marketing and brand initiatives that elevate ADGM’s profile and strengthen its market presence. Working closely with the Brand & Marketing Communications Manager, you will assist in the creation of integrated campaigns, the development of high-impact content, and the coordination of marketing activities on behalf of business stakeholders. This role requires a collaborative and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, creative flair, and a good understanding of marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Support
  • Assist in ensuring consistent application of the brand identity across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Help conduct brand audits and contribute to the development of brand enhancement initiatives.
  • Maintain brand asset libraries and templates for internal and external use.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution
  • Support the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to help produce marketing content, visual assets, and campaign materials.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance, compiling metrics and insights for review.
  • Content Development
  • Draft and edit marketing materials including brochures, presentations, website copy, social media posts, and event collateral.
  • Support the development of visual and multimedia content production by liaising with creative teams and ensuring brand alignment.
  • Help manage content calendars and version control of marketing materials.
  • Stakeholder Support
  • Assist in the creation of tailored marketing assets for key ADGM stakeholder groups, including financial institutions, investors, government bodies, and industry partners.
  • Contribute to event-related marketing efforts by helping prepare key visuals, messaging, and on-site materials.
  • Provide administrative and creative support for marketing-led initiatives tied to strategic announcements or key milestones.
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams such as digital, social media, communications, events, and legal to ensure alignment in messaging and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal functions such Procurement and Contracts as well as the OCP operations team to facilitate scopes and procurement procedures relevant to Marketing
  • Coordinate with designers and agencies to deliver on-brand creative assets.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of marketing activities. Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications support role, preferably in financial services or a corporate/professional environment.
  • Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns and content production processes.
  • Experience working with creative teams and external agencies. Skills & Competencies:
