Job Description

As a Brand & Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a key supporting role in developing and delivering strategic marketing and brand initiatives that elevate ADGM’s profile and strengthen its market presence. Working closely with the Brand & Marketing Communications Manager, you will assist in creating integrated campaigns, developing high-impact content, and coordinating marketing activities on behalf of business stakeholders. This role requires a collaborative and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, creative flair, and a good understanding of marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Support
    • Assist in ensuring consistent application of the brand identity across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
    • Help conduct brand audits and contribute to brand enhancement initiatives.
    • Maintain brand asset libraries and templates for internal and external use.
  2. Marketing Campaign Execution
    • Support planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
    • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to produce marketing content, visual assets, and campaign materials.
    • Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance, compiling metrics and insights for review.
  3. Content Development
    • Draft and edit marketing materials including brochures, presentations, website copy, social media posts, and event collateral.
    • Support visual and multimedia content production by liaising with creative teams and ensuring brand alignment.
    • Help manage content calendars and version control of marketing materials.
  4. Stakeholder Support
    • Assist in creating tailored marketing assets for key ADGM stakeholder groups, including financial institutions, investors, government bodies, and industry partners.
    • Contribute to event-related marketing efforts by preparing key visuals, messaging, and on-site materials.
    • Provide administrative and creative support for marketing initiatives tied to strategic announcements or milestones.
  5. Cross-functional Coordination
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as digital, social media, communications, events, and legal to ensure alignment.
    • Work with Procurement, Contracts, and the OCP operations team to facilitate scopes and procurement procedures relevant to marketing.
    • Coordinate with designers and agencies to deliver on-brand creative assets.
    • Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications support, preferably in financial services or a corporate environment.
  • Experience with integrated marketing campaigns and content production processes.
  • Experience working with creative teams and external agencies.
