Astra ProMed in Al Ain, UAE, seeks a Specialist Anesthesiologist to provide safe and comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical and medical procedures.

Responsibilities include preoperative assessment, anesthesia administration (general, regional, local), intraoperative monitoring, post-anesthesia care, airway management, and collaboration with surgeons and nursing staff. UAE DOH license or eligibility preferred; strong teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• Medical degree MBBS/MD or equivalent.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Anesthesia/Anesthesiology.
• DOH license or eligibility is preferred.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern anesthesia techniques and patient monitoring.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Specialist Anesthesiologist to join a reputable healthcare facility in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and comprehensive anesthesia care across a range of surgical and medical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients preoperatively and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia as clinically appropriate.
• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and manage intraoperative complications.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and ensure safe recovery.
• Manage airway emergencies and provide appropriate resuscitation when required.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, intensivists, nurses, and other medical professionals.
• Provide anesthesia for elective and emergency procedures.
• Evaluate and manage patients with complex medical conditions requiring anesthesia.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Follow hospital policies, infection-control standards, and patient-safety protocols.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement activities, and clinical audits where required

Requirements
