Role Summary

The Special Project Manager is a sharp, resourceful, and execution-driven professional who will support the Chief of Staff in driving key strategic and operational initiatives across the Group.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical, project management, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

The Special Projects Manager will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, delivery of critical projects, and effective internal coordination across departments.

Main Duties

  • Drive planning and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support the Chief of Staff with executive briefings, decision support, and strategic communications.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and analysis for the CEO, executive team, and board-level engagements.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure accountability on key CEO/COS office action items.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and operational best practices.
  • Assist with organizing internal reviews, strategic and leadership sessions.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Chief of Staff in optimizing internal processes and prioritizing workstreams.

Role requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial advisory, business operations, or executive support roles.
  • Arabic language preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize and present information clearly.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with dashboards or productivity tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable working on sensitive, high-level matters.
