Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a mechanical production role and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Strong leadership and analytical skills are a must.

Industry/Sector: Oil & Gas / In Line Inspection services.

Spares Supply Manager Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement spares supply management strategies.
  • Forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
  • Manage procurement, sourcing, and logistics for spares.
  • Lead and manage a team of parts coordinators.
  • Develop performance metrics and manage budgets.
  • Maintain and report on spares inventory, aiming for 100% spares availability.
  • Coordinate shipping and forecast procurement needs, including in-house production.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a mechanical production role, preferably in oil & gas.
  • Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Mobility to walk, climb, and access various environments.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to focus and multitask.
  • Willingness to wear safety equipment as required.
  • Personal mobility for office and travel duties.
