POSITION SUMMARY

Our Spa Specialists play an important role in supporting various vital Spa functions. At our hotels, these associates work to create a memorable and unique experience with Spa services on the side. They take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their experience. Responsibilities include promoting Spa services and retail, scheduling reservations, confirming appointments, providing information about services, checking in guests, and processing payments. The Spa Specialist makes transactions feel like part of the overall experience.

Key responsibilities include creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication. Spa Specialists will be on their feet, managing reservation software, and taking a hands-on approach to work, which involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds alone and up to 25 pounds with assistance. They may need to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these duties well is essential to provide excellent service to guests and support the business.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
