Job summary

voco Dubai, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, is seeking a Spa host/therapist with at least 3 years in a four- or five-star hotel. You will conduct consultations, tailor treatments to guest needs, and deliver therapies with a focus on quality and guest comfort.

Licensed or certified spa therapists are required. You will maintain pristine treatment rooms and promote spa services, contributing to an exceptional guest experience in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar hotel role.
• Strong verbal and written communication across cultures.
• Certified spa therapist with license or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety procedures for guest wellbeing and comfort.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest needs and health concerns.
• Deliver high-quality spa treatments (massages, facials, wraps) and document guest records.
• Maintain hygiene and organized workspace; upsell services when appropriate.
