  • Experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is required.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers or staff.
  • Capability to handle problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the spa or hospitality industry.

What will I be doing

As a Spa Therapist, your responsibilities include:

  • Participating in Hilton training sessions and departmental meetings.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the spa department.
  • Reporting maintenance issues to the Front Office Manager.
  • Assisting in various operational tasks as requested.
  • Staying informed about current and upcoming services offered by the hotel.
  • Adhering to the departmental budget to maximize revenues and minimize expenses.
  • Providing efficient guest service from arrival to departure, including booking, modifying, and canceling appointments, and upselling retail products.
  • Scheduling, confirming, and canceling massage reservations accurately.
  • Processing billing and posting for spa and retail services accurately, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Explaining spa treatment menus and packages to guests clearly.
  • Greeting and welcoming guests and staff professionally.
  • Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of locker areas, lounges, and restrooms.
  • Ensuring the proper stocking of water, beverages, and setup of stations.
  • Assisting guests and providing personal training sessions if needed.
  • Maintaining the fitness center and coordinating with maintenance representatives.
  • Ensuring audiovisual equipment is functional and well-maintained.
