What will I be doing?

As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Performing various massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.
• Maintaining detailed records of treatments provided to each guest.
• Communicating with guests during treatments to tailor techniques as needed.
• Addressing guest complaints and reporting incidents to the supervisor.
• Cleaning and sterilizing work areas and equipment before each use.
• Explaining treatments to guests and offering recommendations.
• Ensuring spa supplies are stocked and reporting shortages.
• Checking guests' medical conditions and allergies prior to treatments.

What are we looking for?

To succeed as a Spa Therapist at Conrad Hotels and Resorts, you should embody the following qualities and qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensed in massage therapy and cosmetology or aesthetics.
• Proven experience as a spa therapist.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
