Job Responsibilities

1. To create the first positive impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm, welcoming manner, addressing them by name.
2. To contribute to a high level of service in accordance with the company's standards as prescribed in the Standard Operations Manual.
3. To perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed in the Standard Training Manual.
4. To ensure that all equipment associated with the service functions at all times.
5. To be able to answer all questions related to services and identify the benefits or advantages of treatments required by guests.
6. To assist with demonstrations and events as required.
7. To participate in new training and refresher programs as required.
8. To update the Therapist Log Book regularly.
9. To complete all assignments by deadlines following the guidelines of the spa manager or supervisor.
10. To respond to changes as indicated by the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Certificate in massage therapy.
• Qualified female candidates with the ability to conduct yoga sessions are preferred.
• Able to communicate in English and Arabic.
• Well-groomed with a high standard of personal hygiene.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
