Job Description

1. Greet guests warmly and by name to create a positive first impression.
2. Maintain high service standards as outlined in the Standard Operations Manual.
3. Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as per the Standard Training Manual.
4. Ensure all related equipment functions properly at all times.
5. Answer guest questions regarding services and explain treatment benefits.
6. Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
7. Participate in training and refresher programs as needed.
8. Update the Therapist Log Book regularly.
9. Complete assignments by deadlines following the guidance of the spa manager or supervisor.
10. Adapt to changes as directed by the company.

Qualifications

• Certificate in massage therapy.
• Female candidates with the ability to conduct yoga sessions are preferred.
• Previous spa experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic communication.
• Well-groomed with high personal hygiene standards.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
