Key Job Responsibilities

  • Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Perform massage therapies and reflexology as required to the highest possible standard while adhering to the standards prescribed in the training and policy and procedure manual.
  • Perform all spa treatments as instructed by the Receptionist, Assistant Spa Manager, or Spa Manager.
  • Actively encourage upselling and linking selling of spa services.
  • Attend training sessions whenever applicable to regularly update your knowledge and skills in the professional field.
