What you will do:

• Establish good rapport with guests while maintaining appropriate guest-employee relationships.
• Prepare treatment areas according to specifications at the end of each treatment.
• Know the benefits, indications, and contraindications of all spa services, professional and retail products.
• Commit to follow strictly Four Seasons Spa code of Ethics, Conflict of interest, and Client privacy policies.
• Comply with Four Seasons standard culture and operational criteria and provide retail prescription cards.

What you will bring:

• At least 5 years of experience within the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Licensed massage therapist; holistic health practitioner is a plus.
• Proficiency in authentic Thai massage is a must.
• Certified Therapist.
