Job Description

As a Spa & Sports Receptionist, you are responsible for ensuring that all Spa reception duties are carried out efficiently and promptly.

What you will be doing:

• Manage reservations, payments, and tracking procedures for spa facilities
• Create a warm, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere for guests
• Promote all services offered within the Spa
• Post charges in micros for guest and member transactions, ensuring accurate accounting
• Encourage sales through comprehensive product and service knowledge
• Coordinate daily spa operations with the team for smooth functioning
• Prepare the spa area and refreshments for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and high standards in all spa areas
• Ensure spa operations adhere to Standards of Performance and regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and provide reports on linens and consumables
• Assist with stock control and inventory management of spa products and linens
• Operate in a safe, environmentally friendly manner, safeguarding health and safety
• Comply with hotel environmental, health, and safety policies

Qualifications

Visa requirements: Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Dubai. Swissotel Al Ghurair & Swissotel Living Al Ghurair will cover visa costs and flights for selected candidates from their home country.
