The hotel is connected to Al Ghurair Shopping Centre, just 3 stops on the Dubai Metro from Dubai World Trade Centre, and a 10-minute drive from Dubai International Airport.

Job Description

As a Spa & Sports Receptionist, you are responsible for ensuring all Spa reception duties are carried out efficiently and promptly.

What you will be doing:

• Manage reservations, payments, and tracking procedures for spa facilities
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment for guests
• Promote all services offered within the Spa
• Post charges in the system for guest and member transactions and ensure accurate accounting
• Encourage sales through product and service knowledge
• Coordinate with the spa team for daily operations
• Prepare the spa area and refreshments for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and high standards in spa areas
• Follow Standards of Performance and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and provide reports on linens and consumables
• Assist with stock control and inventory management
• Operate safely and environmentally responsibly, ensuring health, safety, and environmental policies are followed

Qualifications

• Certification in spa disciplines such as fitness or therapy is preferred

Additional Information

Visa requirements: Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Dubai. Swissotel Al Ghurair will cover visa costs and flights for selected candidates from their home country.
