Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach seeks a proactive Housekeeping/Public Area Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and public spaces within our 5* luxury hotel.

You will stock and manage linens, assist with cleaning routines, and collaborate with the team to ensure flawless presentation and guest satisfaction. The role is on site in Dubai with a 6-day, 48-hour work week, offering competitive benefits and opportunities for career development.

What you will do

• Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies, ensuring that all housekeeping closets and storage areas are well-organized and fully stocked with essential items such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
• Manage the inventory of linens, tracking usage and ensuring an adequate supply is available for guest rooms and common areas, while monitoring for loss or damage.
• Collect and transport dirty linens to the laundry facility, ensuring proper separation and handling of linens to maintain quality and prevent damage.
• Assist with the delivery of clean linens to guest rooms, ensuring that all linens meet the resort's standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing guest satisfaction through effective inventory management and attention to detail.

What you bring

• Previous experience as Housekeeping/Public Area Attendant within 5* luxury Hotels.
