Spa Receptionist

Assist with spa software bookings in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Cover fitness reception and ensure that all collaterals are available.

Ensure mutual cooperation, proactive communication, and adequate support to other departments within the Resort as well as other Four Seasons properties.

Proactively promote products, treatments, packages, membership offers, and special current promotions.
