As a Spa & Fitness Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating an exceptional and luxurious welcome in line with the LXR brand experience. You will provide professional, efficient, and engaging service to ensure all Spa & Fitness guests feel valued and cared for, from arrival to departure.

What will I be doing?

  • Welcome all guests to the Spa & Fitness facilities with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage all Spa & Fitness reservations, scheduling treatments, classes, and use of facilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly, providing clear information about treatments, services, and promotions.
  • Conduct facility tours for guests, explaining features, benefits, and guidelines.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and ensure compliance with Hilton finance procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Coordinate with Spa Therapists, Fitness Trainers, and other Team Members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns efficiently, and escalate where required.
  • Ensure that all guests are aware of spa etiquette, safety regulations, and health & safety requirements.
  • Contribute to achieving departmental revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling spa and fitness services.

What are we looking for?

A Spa & Fitness Receptionist serving LXR Hotels & Resorts is always working on behalf of our Guests and Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following:

  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience, ideally in a luxury Spa, Wellness, or Fitness environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong guest-service orientation.
  • Competence with reservations systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Well-groomed appearance with a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
