What We re Looking For

  • A Bachelor's Degree in
    Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    is preferred.
  • Advanced Certification
    or Spa-Specific Qualification, with a preference for additional certifications
    or training.
  • A minimum of 5 years
    of Leadership Experience in a Luxury Spa, Wellness, or Hospitality environment with
    a proven track record of success in both Operations and Brand-Building.
  • A comprehensive
    understanding of Luxury Service Expectations, Spa Industry Trends, and Wellness
    Innovation, showcasing knowledge and expertise in providing top-tier spa
    services.
  • Sensational Teamwork
    and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across Marketing,
    Public Relations, Sales and Hotel Operations departments with Fellow FIVERs.
  • Next-Level
    Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the
    FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  • Impeccable
    communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
    (Additional languages like Arabic are a Plus).
  • A Mastery of Microsoft
    Office, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of Spa Management Software,
    and Social Media / Digital Marketing platforms.
  • Excellent
    interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and
    stakeholders.
  • A polished, guest-centric and
    performance-driven mindset, paired with an entrepreneurial flair and a Passion

  • Strong business acumen

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the Spa s Bold brand
    vision, elevating every Guest Touchpoint to deliver a Sensational, FIVE-Star
    wellness experience.
  • Acts as the definitive
    Brand Custodian, ensuring all Spa communications, environments, and rituals
    embody FIVE s Luxury Lifestyle Ethos.
  • Represents the Spa in
    Executive Meetings, Public Relations Events, Influencer Activations, and
    Premium Brand Collaborations to build Visibility.
  • Drives strategic Brand and
    Marketing initiatives, collaborating with Internal Teams and External Agencies
    to craft High-Impact campaigns.
  • Manages relationships with
    Wellness Product Houses, Media Contacts, and Influencer Partners to maintain
    the Spa s Premium positioning.
  • Presents regular
    Executive-Level Reports on Brand Performance, Guest Trends, and Growth
    Opportunities for FIVE s wellness portfolio.
  • Oversees daily Spa
    Operations and energises performance across all Touchpoints, from service
    delivery and wellness programming to guest satisfaction and Key Performance
    Indicator excellence.
