Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Spa Attendant. The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, assisting guests with their needs, managing spa inventory, and providing support to the spa management team. Daily tasks include greeting guests, providing information about spa services, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring a serene and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, including a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Housekeeping and organizational skills to maintain spa cleanliness and order
• Attention to detail and adherence to health and safety guidelines
• Ability to manage and maintain spa inventory
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Previous experience in a hotel spa or luxury hospitality environment is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High School diploma or equivalent
