Four Seasons Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island seeks a Spa Attendant to support daily operations by keeping treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, and facilities immaculate and welcoming for guests and residents, ensuring every detail meets luxury standards.

You will assist guests with warmth and professionalism, replenish towels, robes, and amenities, monitor hygiene and safety, report maintenance issues promptly, and collaborate with the Spa team to deliver a consistently exceptional

Qualifications

• Experience in a Spa, hotel, wellness or luxury hospitality environment.
• A warm, friendly, and professional personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all Spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, wet areas, and facilities.
• Prepare treatment rooms and Spa facilities before and after guest use, ensuring amenities, linens, and supplies are replenished.
• Welcome and assist guests and residents with warmth and professionalism, responding promptly to requests and providing information about Spa facilities.
• Monitor and replenish towels, robes, toiletries, refreshments, and other Spa supplies throughout the day.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety standards are consistently maintained throughout the Spa.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, guest concerns, or any unusual occurrences promptly to the Spa Supervisor and Director of Spa.
• Perform other tasks or projects assigned by the Spa Supervisor or Director of Spa.

About the role

As a Spa Attendant, you will support the smooth daily operation of the Spa by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and residents. You will provide attentive assistance throughout the spa experience while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service are consistently maintained.

What you will do
