Four Seasons Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island seeks a Guest Room Attendant to ensure pristine guest rooms and thoughtful service. You will clean and sanitize rooms, provide turndown service, and anticipate guest needs with a detail-oriented approach.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of luxury-brand experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a personable, proactive attitude. This full-time role offers premium benefits and a chance to work in a premier luxury hotel

• Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure.
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms.
• Provides turndown service for guests.
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping.

About The Role

The Guest Room Attendant delivers the best Rooms experience for our guests through attention to detail, ensuring all guest rooms are clean and up to standard. This role anticipates, customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities. This role is part of the Housekeeping Department reporting into the Director of Housekeeping and Housekeeping Manager.
