Job Description: • Prepare a wide variety of gourmet sandwiches, wraps, and savory baked goods aligned with the brand. • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new sandwich recipes and seasonal menu items. • Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing to ensure high standards. • Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and ensure timely ordering of fresh ingredients.

Qualifications: • At least 5 years of culinary experience with at least 2 years as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a sandwich or cold kitchen section. • Should have solid knowledge of international sandwich preparation with strong knife skills, plating techniques, and ingredient knowledge. • Should have knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP.
