Sous Chef - Catering by Emirates Palace

Position

Chef - Food Catering by Emirates Royal residence (Full time # 530003). Property/ Workplace: Emirates Royal Residence, Abu Dhabi. Area: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise everyday activities of appointed kitchen area, prep work and distribution/delivery of food products to electrical outlets as well as functions to improve efficiency, quality, service and creativity while preserving hands on strategy.
• Delegate and appoint responsibilities and levels of functional authority within the Area.
• Continuously look into present market trends as well as tool food selections based on guest requirement.
• Manage tips and complaints by tenants/guests/customers to ensure they are handled quickly and effectively.
• Maintain reliable communication on the activities of the Section with various other operating divisions within Hospitality/Food and Beverage in order to give best feasible service to guests.
• Maintain excellent morale, teamwork and interaction within the group.
• Take care of, train and help the team to ensure maximization of efficiency.

Qualifications / Abilities
