Sourcing Specialist / Recruiter - Dubai - 12 Month Contract - Onsite -- Urgent

We want to onboard a talented and dynamic Sourcing Specialist who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring project in Dubai.

This position is to work onsite with one of our key clients in Dubai, initially on a 12-month contract but this can be extended beyond 12 months or be made permanent.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Actively source and qualify candidates from across the globe. Advising on the UAE market and relocation, if needed.
• Manage the client's needs and expectations and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Ability to manage a high volume of active job openings at one time
• We require someone who thrives in a KPI focused 100% sourcing/head-hunting role.
• Must have experience in high-volume recruitment campaigns, sourcing passive candidates from around the globe using LinkedIn and other sources.
• Must be strong in using Boolean search techniques
• Able to meet strict deadlines & independently motivated
• Excellent communication skills required
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to headhunt.
