Qualifications

Job description

Job Title: Sourcing & Selection Coordinator

Department:

JOB PURPOSE:

Assist employees with HR related queries and requests. As well as the development of Human Resources procedures and processes. Work to improve communication, cooperation, and planning in the Human Resources Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Reviewing the job description provided in accordance to hiring laws and regulations
  • Advertising the internal job hiring announcements
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Performing in-person or phone initial screening with candidates and sending the details to respective Hiring Managers for review
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
  • Scheduling the necessary technical interview with the shortlisted candidates, Hiring Manager, HR Officer/Manager and/or client
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Following up on the interview feedback status till its closed.
  • Administering appropriate company assessments.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Making proper recommendations to company hiring managers.
  • Preparing CTC computations and sending to the Line Managers for review and approvals
  • Preparing offer letters to selected candidates and following up the acceptance
  • Provide the formal interview feedbacks to the successful and unsuccessful candidates
  • Ensure that all the necessary requirements for the new contract or employment visa applications are provided by the candidate before sending to HR Onboarding Team
  • Following up of the cancellation documents from selected candidates
  • Recruitment tracker update.
  • Updating the candidates and line managers on the status of employment visa approvals
  • Enrolling the new joiner’s profile to HRMS System and submitting the Employees’ Joining Form to Sharepoint for necessary approvals from Hiring Manager and HR Manager
  • Communicate with new joiners for the joining formalities and arrange all related matters like accommodation, transportation, and site notification
  • Arranging visa medical for new and renewal associates
  • Coordinating Emirates ID fingerprint completion for new joiners
  • Coordinating with Talent Management Team for new joiners’ inductions
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Preparing new associate’s file / folder.
  • Attending the site’s queries and concerns regarding new recruitment or necessary transfers for internal candidates / associates
  • Support the HR Team in all related concerns about the new joiner’s information

Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Comfortable making decisions independently.

Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRMS systems

Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations

Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenue

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
