Position Overview
As Sourcing Manager, you will take charge of sourcing strategies for your assigned category, developing long-term procurement plans that balance cost efficiency with service quality. You will work closely with business units, category managers, and leadership teams to align sourcing with FAB s broader goals while delivering measurable commercial and strategic outcomes.
What You ll Do
* Lead procurement strategy development and execution for assigned category
* Oversee supplier selection, negotiations, and contract finalization in collaboration with legal and stakeholders
* Drive cost optimization, value creation, and risk mitigation across category spend
* Engage business stakeholders to align procurement goals with FAB s strategic priorities
* Build annual sourcing plans through spend analysis, market research, and demand forecasting
* Promote sourcing governance, compliance, and efficiency across operations
* Represent sourcing in major cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects
* Monitor sourcing performance metrics, savings realization, and contract compliance
* Facilitate benchmarking, knowledge sharing, and supplier innovation programs
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree required; Arabic language skills a plus
* 2 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management, with ownership of portfolios worth USD 10 30 million
* Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract drafting skills
* Experience aligning sourcing plans with business strategy and KPIs
* Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and manage cross-functional teams
* High comfort level with complex stakeholder environments and executive engagement
* Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability
* Clear, persuasive communicator and collaborative team player
