Experience of 3-5 years for Sourcing Apparel/Footwear respectively to lead our footwear sourcing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Planning: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for respective products aligned with seasonal launch, prepare TAC.
Supplier Management: Evaluate and manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure capacity, quality, and cost competitiveness.
Negotiations and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers, ensuring favourable terms and minimizing risks.
Quality Assurance: Ensure suppliers meet quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
Cost Management: Analyse and optimize costs, ensuring best-in-class pricing and total cost of ownership.
Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize the supply chain, improving efficiency, reducing lead times, and enhancing overall performance.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with sourcing, including supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in NIFT (design institute) for apparel sourcing and FDDI for footwear sourcing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the related industry. Preferably in an International Buying House or International brand sourcing.

Proficiency in CAD/CAM or Coral would be preferred and added advantage.
