Job Description:

To perform comprehensive internal audits across all departments of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and effective documentation practices. The role involves identifying risks, evaluating internal controls, and providing recommendations for improving efficiency, accuracy, and accountability within each department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of all departmental documents including but not limited to HR, Finance, Procurement, Contracts, Logistics, Project Management, Stores, IT, and HSE.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance of records with internal policies and external regulations.
• Review existing processes, documentation practices, and systems for weaknesses and areas of improvement.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth audit execution and effective cooperation.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to mitigate risk.
• Develop audit plans, schedules, and methodologies in line with organizational goals.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
• Follow up on audit findings and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation, classification, and archiving of audited records.
• Assist management in risk assessment and contribute to the development of internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in road infrastructure construction with a focus on SOP compliance or audits.
• Strong knowledge of road construction techniques, quality control, and project management practices.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, safety regulations, and government norms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, audit software/tools, and documentation management.
• Professional certifications in auditing or compliance are an advantage.
