Job description

We are excited to announce the opening of a fine dining Italian restaurant at a prestigious luxury hotel in Dubai, and we are looking for a talented Sommelier to join our team. If you have a deep passion for wine, excellent guest service skills, and a strong knowledge of wine pairings, this is your opportunity to shine in an exceptional setting!

Salary: AED 6000
House & Transportation Allowance: AED 3000
Contract Duration: 12-24 months
Medical Insurance Provided
Joining Ticket: Flight ticket every 2 years
Joining Date: Within one month (once documents are ready)
Working Hours: 6 days a week, 9-10 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)

What We’re Looking For:

• Upper Intermediate English or above
• Previous experience as a Sommelier in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Strong knowledge of wines, wine pairings, and the ability to educate guests
• Passion for wine and luxury service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering world-class service
