Description and Requirements

As an expert in Lenovo’s Services & Solutions, you will serve as a generalist bandmaster to focus and drive collaboration among all internal Lenovo stakeholders and Business Partners, aiming to increase visibility and revenue of Lenovo Services Solutions and provide added value to Business Partners.

In the role of Channel Services Sales, you will lead international Channel Services Sales, taking responsibility for international Business Partners at the META level. You will report to the SSG Country Lead in META and work closely with the EMEA Channel Services Sales Manager and local Channel Management to develop service business with Channel Partners, MidMarket Customers, and Platinum and Corporate BPs on an international level.

You will also develop new incubation areas for internationally oriented BPs outside of Lenovo Business Accounts. Additionally, innovating in new services and solutions, such as Software, Security, or 'as a Service' offerings, will be key for Lenovo’s future strategy and success. This role will serve as the focal point for deployment solutions and software-focused topics within the Services Sales Team, developing new solutions and managed service offerings.

Creating new business collaborations and identifying blind spots in Lenovo’s key business areas will also be part of this role.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the Channel Growth Program to increase Lenovo Services visibility and revenue across EMEA and with strategic international partners.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Sales and Channel teams, supporting internal teams and Business Partners.
  • Support Platinum & International Partners in deployment solutions through calls and meetings.
  • Collaborate across teams including Channel, Enterprise, Public Sector, Delivery, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Deliver training sessions to Business Partners on services, solutions, and sales enablement.
  • Consult with clients and prospects to understand their needs and support service proposals.
  • Manage marketing activities within Business Partners, including incentives, blitz days, and challenges.
  • Promote Lenovo Services as a solutions expert in internal and external calls and meetings.
  • Build confidence in Channel Sales Teams to position Lenovo as a solution provider.
  • Create and manage forecasts, tracking performance and results for international Business Partners.

Requirements :

  • Proactive leadership and creative thinking with a "think outside the box" mindset.
  • Comfortable engaging with all management levels, both internally and externally.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills across diverse teams and functions.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Deployment Solutions, especially Microsoft Autopilot.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Services & Solutions Sales, with strong channel networking.
  • High self-motivation and adaptability, fluent in English and the local language, with a drive to meet targets and uncover new service opportunities.
